Why?
Sellai and all sales experts have signed a confidentiality agreement.
For example, sales KPIs and customer information are trade secrets.
In addition, sales strategies and challenges in them might be sensitive information.
Accounts and passwords
Always use a strong password. Can’t think of a strong password? Use a generator such as F-Secure Strong Password Generator.
Do not use the same password for multiple accounts. Use a password manager such as Google Password Manager.
Use multi-factor (MFA) or two-factor (2FA) authentication. MFA is enforced for many software services used by Sellai. (Did you get logged out and can’t get back in? Try resetting your password or contacting Sellai admin at [email protected])
Protect your phone and personal computer with passwords or biometrics.
Don’t save sensitive files on your personal computer. Always store files in the company's Google Drive.
GDPR Processing of personal data
As a Sellai Sales Expert, you have signed a Data Processing Agreement.
Please review the terms of the Data Processing Agreement for more information.
Working in public spaces / co-working offices / cafés
Do not leave your laptop open and alone.
Lock Windows using [Windows + L] or Mac using [Control-Command-Q]
Walls are thin and you never know whose client / boss / investor / competitor / mother is listening. Don’t speak about trade secrets or confidential information in public spaces.
Don't say anything out loud that you can't get behind later.
Sharing your screen on sales meetings
Be mindful of notifications, bookmarks, other tabs etc. when sharing your screen.
Best practice is to share only a single tab, not the whole window or screen.
