Am I allowed to do the same sales work on other platforms?
Yes, you are. Sellai doesn’t prevent you from working in sales on other platforms or in an employment relationship.
However, your agreement prohibits solicitation of employees, directors, consultants, partners, customers or prospective customers of Sellai. This means that engaging in a business relationship directly with Sellai’s customers is considered a breach of our agreement.
