Sellai Workspace is a tool designed to facilitate continuous communication with your Sales Expert. We prioritize transparent communication and reporting to ensure everyone stays aligned with the sales efforts. All the work is documented in Sellai Workspace so you won’t miss a thing!
The most critical feature is Sales Insights! Your Sales Expert will continuously provide insights on the sales work, delivered directly to your email. Review these insights during your weekly meetings to gauge progress and ensure you're on the right track. 😊
Pro-tip to clients: Make sure you get the weekly Sales Insights, as effective communication depends on it. You can even rate every Sales Insight delivered to your email. Using this feature enables us to do better, so please give feedback whenever possible!

Sellai’s Responsibilities 🤝
Intermediary Role: Work as an intermediary between the sales expert and the client.
Access to Workspace: Provide access to Sellai Workspace for reporting sales progress and working hours.
Invoicing: We’ll handle all the invoicing.
Support: We’re here to help if things don’t go as planned.
Client’s Responsibilities 🤝
Contract Management: Manage any contractual aspects of end clients.
Providing Information: Provide sufficient information and support for the sales expert for them to perform their job.
Legal Compliance: Your business should comply with all relevant laws.
Notification of Changes: Inform Sellai about any changes or termination of the collaboration (please note the 30-day notice period in the agreement)
Sales Expert Responsibilities 🤝
Task Execution: Perform tasks as agreed in the contract or starting workshops.
Reporting: Update progress on the Sellai Workspace, aiming for at least one sales insight per week.
Leave Notification: Inform Sellai and the client about any personal or sick leave as soon as possible.
