How to Use the Sellai Workspace 🖥️

Sellai Workspace is a tool to help you communicate the value of your sales work to the client. Each client case has its own Workspace, which is created for you at the start of the collaboration.


Dashboard 💻

The Dashboard gives you an overview of the whole collaboration. From here, you can send updates directly to your client's email using the “Latest Insights” feature. The Timeline helps both you and the client stay on track with planned activities. Sales Work OKRs can also be found on the dashboard.


Latest Insights ✨

Sales Insights is the most important feature in the Sellai Workspace. It's a way to communicate the value of your sales work to your client and maintain 100% transparency. Send sales insights every time you do sales work. In these updates, tell the client what you’ve been working on, and what’s coming up next, and share highlights and numbers if possible. Each time you send a sales insight, the client receives an email.


Objectives 🎯

At the beginning of every collaboration, go through the objectives and goals for the project together with your client. Document the project scope, market position, ideal customers, and other relevant details on the Objectives page.


Key Activities 🔑

Stay organized by documenting planned and completed activities in the Key Activities section. This functions as a to-do list and ensures transparent and efficient collaboration.


Results 🤩

Mark down the results and the most potential deals in the Results section. This way, both you and the client stay focused on the most important deals.


Billing💰

All billing goes through the Sellai Workspace. You can easily add your sales work hours directly from the dashboard, ensuring all billing processes are streamlined and accurate.
